Sick Baby :(

Caeden has been sick this last week. He's been going 16 hours or more without eating. He'll refuse his bottle. The Dr told us to put him on pedialyte for the next few days. At first he wouldn't take it but now he seems to be liking it. Daddy got hit with a bug yesterday too, so our house is full of germs. This morning Caeden and Mommy went to the mall and walked in the JDRF walk with Grandpa Jeff, Grandma Lynnette, and Auntie Lindsey. Caeden slept most of the time. The poor baby sleeps for most of the day, and when he's awake he's crying.

6 months old and growing like crazy

6 months has flown by! Caeden went to the Dr on Tuesday and he now weighs 16 lbs 2 oz and he's 26 1/4 inches long. He's now in the 20th percentile for weight, 50th for height, and 70th for head circumference. The dr is very pleased with his growth and is surprised how well he can grab things. They say around six months that babies start sitting up and the night he turned 6 months old, sure enough he sat up for at least 2 minutes on his own before falling. Not only did he sit up that day but he waived bye to Mommy at daycare! He's growing way too fast! Mommy is glad she's only working part time now so that she can spend more time playing with Caeden in the afternoons.

Happy New Year!!!

Caeden celebrated his first New Years with Mommy, Daddy, Grandpa Jeff, Grandma Lynnette, and Auntie Lindsey. We all spent the night playing the Wii, setting up Daddy's new surround sound system and eating munchies. Auntie Lindsey also spent the night, it was lots of fun!
